Tasks Meet Google Calendar

Google Calendar tracks where you need to be, but not what you need to do.

This case study explores a core gap in how users manage their time: tasks and events live in separate systems, leading to missed commitments. For students, preparing for events and detailing action items are a given. Through user research and iteration, I redesigned the experience to unify tasks and events into a single, action-oriented workflow.
